This site runs on as little of your data as we could manage: no accounts, no newsletter, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels.
One thing: if you switch the colour theme, that preference is kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The car search and checkout run on our booking partner's system. The details you enter there, dates, name, contact and payment information, are processed by that partner and by the supplier you book with, under the privacy policy shown on the booking screens. We never see or store your payment details, and we hold no copy of your reservation.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address and requested page) to keep the site running and abuse away. We do not use them to identify visitors.
We keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful for answering you, and we share it with no one. You can ask what we hold about you, which is usually nothing unless you have written to us, and ask for it to be deleted, at info@croatiacarrental.com.
